These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you, the Customer, and Global Assistance & Medical Transport Institute (GAMTI) GmbH, located at Mohsgasse 11 / 3-5, 1020 Vienna, Austria. By enrolling in our virtual courses, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Course Enrollment

1.1 Courses provided by GAMTI GmbH cover a variety of subjects related to Insurance, Assistance, Aero-Medical Transports, and other relevant fields. These courses are available to both entities and individuals.

1.2 Enrollment in our courses must be initiated through our dedicated contact form or by sending a request via email to our designated email address.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 The fees for our courses are detailed in our course descriptions and invoices.

2.2 Payment for our courses must be made by invoice within 10 days of the date of receipt of the invoice.

2.3 Access to the course materials and resources will be granted only after we have received the full payment for the course. GAMTI GmbH reserves the right to deny access to the course until payment is received in full.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your course enrollment, you must notify us in writing via our dedicated contact form or through email. The following cancellation policy applies:

1. a) Cancellations received more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
2. b) Cancellations received between 7 and 14 days before the course start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
3. c) Cancellations received within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

3.2 Cancellation by GAMTI GmbH: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course if unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control occur. In such cases, we will make all reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants as soon as possible. If a course is canceled by GAMTI GmbH, you will receive a full refund of any course fees paid.

4. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

4.1 All legal claims and disputes related to these Terms and any courses offered by GAMTI GmbH will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria.

4.2 Any legal action or proceeding concerning these Terms or any dispute related to the courses shall be filed in the courts located in Vienna, Austria, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

5. Modification of Terms

5.1 GAMTI GmbH reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or by posting the revised Terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Assistance & Medical Transport Institute (GAMTI) GmbH.
